The Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi

13 – 15 November 2009 will be the day the first race commences as stated by FIA, the sports governing body. The race track is owned by the government of Abu Dhabi.

The Abu Dhabi F1 Track will be built on the Yas Island on a lavish area of 6200 acres. It is built by none other than famous F1 track designer Hermann Tilke himself.
